For hotels, restaurants, short-let operators and specifiers

Botanical art for a whole property

One studio, one palette, one coherent scheme from the first public wall to the last guest room.

I draw each plate as a hand-drawn digital illustration made from a specimen. Because the same hand built the catalogue, the subjects can change from room to room without losing their visual language.

  • A room-by-room plan: which plate, at what size, on which wall.
  • Fine-art prints on paper or canvas, framed or unframed, made to order and shipped worldwide.
  • Commercial licensing where the same scheme repeats across several properties.
  • More than fifty plates to draw from, all by one hand, so no two rooms need the same subject.

The studio

A catalogue with one visual hand

Fiurdelin is a botanical illustration studio on Lake Como, Italy, that draws plants, fungi, and insects from specimens and sells the work as fine-art prints and digital plates.

More than 50 published plates

Plants, fungi and insects drawn into one coherent catalogue, and still growing.

9 juried selections in 2026

Three carried a placing. Milan and Tokyo were physical shows.

The Living Canvas records the studio’s process.

Formats and sizing

How a scheme is sized

Prints come on fine-art paper or canvas, framed or unframed, in twelve paper sizes. A multi-room scheme is planned from three of them, and the rest are used to fit a particular wall.

Fulfilment and service

How orders are made and delivered

Lead times

Prints are made to order, usually within three to four working days, then shipped. We confirm the full timeline against your opening date in the proposal.

Made close to you

Prints are produced on demand in production centres in Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, so most orders are made near where they are delivered, with shorter transit and lower shipping costs.

Replacement

Every piece can be reordered on its own, so a damaged or missing plate is replaced without reordering the scheme.

What buyers ask

Questions before a proposal

How does pricing work for a multi-room order?

Finished prints are priced per piece. Project pricing is confirmed in a written proposal, with product and shipping shown separately.

What are typical lead times?

Prints are made to order, usually within three to four working days, then shipped from the production centre nearest the delivery address. For a multi-room scheme, we confirm the timeline against your opening date when we send the proposal.

What happens if a piece is defective?

The print supplier is the seller of record and its terms govern the purchase. The print supplier administers a 30-day return period from the order date. The purchase price is refunded in full. Shipping is refunded only for defects. Full terms are on the returns page.

Do you offer commercial licensing or multi-property use?

Yes. Licensing is scoped separately where images repeat across properties or require rights beyond a single interior hang.

Fiurdelin illustrations are drawn from specimens and supplied as fine-art prints, or licensed where a project requires repeated use.
