Activity
Fiurdelin is a botanical illustration studio that draws plants, fungi and insects from specimens and publishes the work as fine-art prints and digital plates. Purchases complete on the platforms named in the privacy notice and terms. The seller depends on the product and platform: the print supplier is the seller for fine-art prints, while Fiurdelin is the seller for digital downloads sold through its Etsy shop. The seller for each transaction is identified at checkout, on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Intellectual property
Every illustration, text and design element on this site is an original work of the studio and is protected by copyright. Rights for text and data mining and for the training of artificial intelligence systems are expressly reserved under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790.
Disputes
The European ODR platform ceased operating in July 2025. For a dispute about a purchase, first contact the seller named in the order confirmation: the print supplier for a fine-art print, or the studio at studio@botanical.art for an Etsy download. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
