Prints are priced per piece. Project pricing is confirmed in a written proposal, with product and shipping as separate lines. For repeat runs across properties, own-size printing, or use beyond a single hang, licensing is scoped separately.

Can one studio supply a whole property?
Yes. botanical.art presents each collection as a curated whole, and every plate is produced per work as an archival print in the studio print shop. You brief one studio and receive one coherent scheme across every room.
How does pricing work for a multi-room order?
Prints are priced per piece. For a multi-room scheme we set out project pricing in a written proposal, with the product and the shipping shown as separate lines, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
What are typical lead times?
Prints are made to order, usually within three to four working days, then shipped. A recent order reached Italy in eight days from the day it was placed. We confirm the timeline against your opening date when we send the proposal.
How are the prints framed and delivered?
Every piece is an archival giclée on fine-art paper or canvas, framed in wood or metal or supplied unframed, and shipped worldwide. The finish is chosen per room during the consultation.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged, or a client changes their mind?
Every print carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, administered by the print supplier that produces and ships the work. If a piece arrives damaged or the quality is wrong, it is refunded in full and the shipping is covered too. If a client simply changes their mind, the purchase price is refunded but the shipping is not, in either direction. Two things are worth knowing before a large order. The thirty days run from the order date rather than the delivery date, which leaves roughly three weeks after a European delivery lands. And the guarantee is handled at fulfilment rather than by the studio, so a claim never waits on one person to answer an email. The full terms are on the returns page. For a multi-room scheme, order one piece first. I would rather you saw the paper before you committed the wall.
Do you offer licensing for multi-property use?
Yes. Where a scheme repeats across properties, needs printing at a size the shop does not stock, or calls for use beyond a single hang, the studio scopes reproduction licensing per project, with the edition and usage terms written down. Choose “commercial licensing or multi-property use” in the form and we set out the terms before anything is committed.
